The sraRGB Filter converts a color as a decimal number to a rgb() or rgba() string.
Dependencies:

| value | number | The color to convert. This can be a Data object. |
| UOM | string | (Optional) The UOM of the value. Defaults to RGB. |
| opacity | integer | (Optional) The opacity value to apply. Default is 1 or use value.UOM. |
